We all know the struggles of trying to make a GP appointment in 2023, and new data has been released on how satisfied customers are with making appointments at their Sutton GPs.
The GP Patient Survey for NHS England is an independent survey allowing patients to score their GP practice on several factors, from ease in making an appointment to the level of care they receive.
This year 70,000 responses were received - with 34,500 patients taking part online.
The GP surgery where customers have the lowest satisfaction rate when it comes to making an appointment is Cheam GP Centre with only 37.45 per cent.
Following this one is Mulgrave Road Surgery, with 44.85 per cent, and James O’Riordan Medical Centre, with 48.59 per cent.
At the other end of the scale, Grove Road Practice has the highest satisfaction rate, with 86.79 per cent.
Closely following Grove Road is Stonecot Surgery with 75.83 per cent and Old Court House Surgery with 69.39 per cent.
